The Next Education Consultancy is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical practice, professionalism, and transparency in educational consultancy. We fully endorse and adhere to the UK Agent Quality Framework (AQF) and related guidelines, including the National Code of Ethical Practice for UK Education Agents, the Good Practice Guide for UK Education Agents, and recommendations from the British Council’s UK Agent and Counsellor Training Hub.
Our aim is to ensure that all students receive accurate, honest, and impartial advice regarding UK education opportunities.

This policy applies to all staff members, agents, and representatives of The Next Education Consultancy who are involved in advising students on UK education options.
- Commitments & Procedures
3.1 Ethical Practice
- We adhere strictly to the National Code of Ethical Practice.
- We provide transparent, accurate, and unbiased information to students.
- We disclose any partnerships or incentives with institutions clearly and honestly.
3.2 Staff Training & Certification
- All relevant staff complete the British Council’s UK Agent Trainingand maintain up-to-date certification.
- Training records are maintained and available for verification via the British Council database.
- Ongoing professional development is encouraged through the UK Agent and Counsellor Training Hub.
3.3 Use of Official Resources
- We actively use “Study UK: A Student Guide to Choosing an Education Agent”and other student-facing resources provided by the British Council and UK institutions.
- These resources are shared with students to help them make informed decisions.
3.4 Student Welfare & Support
- We provide pre-departure briefings and ongoing support to students throughout their application and enrolment process.
- We maintain clear communication channels for student queries and complaints.
3.5 Data Protection & Privacy
- We comply with relevant data protection laws (including GDPR where applicable) and ensure student information is handled confidentially and securely.
- Monitoring & Compliance
- A designated Compliance Officeroversees implementation of this policy.
- Internal audits and staff reviews are conducted biannually to ensure adherence.
- We welcome periodic reviews and collaboration with UK institutions and the British Council on AQF-related matters.
