How to apply for a CTEVT transcript in Nepal?

Here is the step-by-step process to apply for the transcript of CTEVT:

Step 1: Collect all your documents.

• SLC/SEE Certificate: This is your school leaving certificate (either SLC or SEE).
• CTEVT Certificate: This is the official certificate you got after finishing your CTEVT program.
• Marksheet: This paper contains your grades for all semesters in your program.
• Registration Slip Copy: This is a duplicate of the slip which you got when you registered for your CTEVT program.

Step 2: Check the Office of the Controller of Examination.

The office is situated at Sanothimi, Kathmandu.

Step 3: Get and finish the application form.

• Get a transcript application form from the Office of the Controller of Examination.
• Complete and accurately the application form.

Step 4: The application and fee must be submitted.

• Put all the materials you have collected in Step 1 to your finished application form.
• Deliver the application package along with the application fee of NPR 420. (Note: The fee is cancelled if you apply within 35 days of the date you received your original certificate).

Step 5: Collect your transcript (after 3 working days)

The office will handle your application and the transcript will be ready for collection in 3 business days.

Remember:

• Take a photocopy of your citizenship card (useful for identification purposes, although not always needed).
• Verify that you have all the necessary documents before you head out.
